03 January 2013 How can an unlisted public company (having loss) reduce the remuneration of whole time director? Such WTD has been appointed as per Schdule XIII. Please assist me.

You can reduce remuneration of WTD as per Schedule XIII with section 198 and 309 of the Companies Act, 1956 by passing of special resolution.
