If a person filed his income tax return without including his FD Income. Now he get a demand in which self assessment tax claimed by him not considered by department. Can he filed the rectified return claiming TDS deducted on FD Income and Self assessment tax paid by him both. Please suggest

Yes file revised return showing FD income and TDS deduction and self assessment tax paid.
