PLs Clarify that What is the Ceiling Limit of Auditor as per Companies Act 2013 & ICAI and impact of Notification issued by MCA on 05.06.2015.

Earlier an auditor cannot accept audit of more than 20 companies under the Companies Act, 2013. The said restriction also covers one person companies, small companies and private companies.
now the Limit of 20 Companies includes only to :- a) Public Companies b) Private Companies having paid up capital of Rs. 100 crore or more
