Please take the letter from Principal and obtain a form from ICAI. (Form No.109). Then take his signature in triplicate (one with him, one with you and one with ICAI). Also fill Registration Forms with new Principal and submit to the iCAI. The gap between old firm and new firm should not be more than 30 DAYS.
