Re-generate user id and password

29 March 2018 Dear sir,
Can i regenerate my user id and password by pan card , because my ca cant tell me the id and password due to some personal issue and he also used his mobile no for registration. I want to fill tax by own so i required this. Please help me.

30 March 2018 If you have any tax payment challans then you can reset your password with challan number

30 March 2018 You can do it on your own.
You can reset password through forget password option of Using OTP (PINs).
Following options are there:

1) Answer Secret Question
2) Upload Digital Signature Certificate
3) Acknowledgement No and Bank Account No
4) Using OTP (PINs)
5) Login through your net banking account

Choose Using OTP (PINs)...........Mention your bank account no given in your earlier return....Give new email ID and Mobile No. You will receive OTPs in new email ID and Mobile...reset Password using OTPs.
