Is there any filling fee of INC-22 second time,if on filling it on first time ROC asks some more evidences?Plz suggest its urgent

Ok Sir..IN INC-22 full Address of police station under whose jurisdiction registered office of company comes needs to be written.If Registered office is in Bhuj City,Gujarat State..Whose address needs to be written bhuj police station or Gujarat head police office address..Kindly say its urgent
