19 July 2025 DVAT Rates (as of Feb 2011)
Toffees (sugar confectionery): taxed at 12.5% VAT.
Chocolate (chocolate containing cocoa): taxed at 16% VAT.
These were the standard DVAT rates for such confectionery in Delhi before GST was introduced.
