11 May 2012 Dear Sir / Madam

If a director of a pvt ltd., has been purchased some euro for her travelling purpose by transferring INR from company account, for official tour.

Can i book that expenses as a travelling expenses? or is their any specific accounting procedure to account the same? can anyone help me regarding this?
