For the month of April -09 Rent paid on 10.05.2009. Tds will be deducted while making payment. Tds amount remittance dt should be before 7th june-2009 Or 10th may -2009. pls advice me

TDS needs to be done as paid or credit whichever is earlier. In your Case the rent is due for the month of April, its due date was 07-May.

if we credited to govt on 15.05.2009 then what will be implication on that?

If the date of credit to the party is 15.05.2009 then due date of remittance of tax is 07.06.2009.
