23 October 2013 I have started my articleship training in Oct 2011, due to some reason i could not submit form 112 along with 102 to the institute. Can i submit 112 now ??

23 October 2013 Form 102 is not required to be submitted to icai but needs to get franking done on green col page and submit it to your principle and retain 1 copy with u.

for 112 you will have to pay condonation fees and need to write a letter of condonation for delay in submission of form 112 and may be called by icai for further investigation...better not to file form 112 to avoid problems.

23 October 2013 If i dont submit form 112, do i wud be able to show my Bcom in the campus placements by ICAI ??

23 October 2013 if u dont show then u wont be able to show it is campus interview and in icai campus interview the rules are very strict they want rankholders, you should have passed all level of ca in first attempt etc so if u dont fall in this then dont show form 112 now else investigation will be started and ur final exam be postponned as the penalty is that they will not consider the articleship u did for tim u didnt notify for form 112 so better u dont show now.

23 October 2013 Agree with Expert Tushar ji,
Submit as soon as possible...
Or you will have to problem in near future..

However, after qualifying CA, ICAI will ask for 112..
