i have munish bhandari sir law book of nov 2014 so this book is right for may 2015 examz
or better to purchase new book
same question for audit
please suggest me ....

Advisable to buy updated books since more sections of Companies Act 2013 has become applicable for May 2015 exams. You must also study from updated Practice Manual and RTP for May 2015. RTP of May 2015 is yet to be issued so you need to wait for RTP of May 2015.
