Dear Experts! Up to turnover 2 CR GSTR-9 is optional. However in press release govt has clarify that if 9 not filed than same shall be deemed to be filed. But question is whether draft GSTR-9 shall be deemed to be filed or not because draft is being wrongly reflect.
