18 September 2012 Dear Friend,

I want to register the Pvt Ltd company with word using INDIA,INDIAN,INDO,INTERNATIONAL, GLOBAL, etc..

Plz give the sugestion, if any MINIMUM AUTHORISED CAPITAL of the above name use on Registration.

As per new Companies (Name Availability) Rule, 2011, the minimum authorised capital structure has been change.

For using "India" being first word of the name, the minimum authorised share capital is Rs. 2 crores. If the "India" word is used in middle whether in bracket or not, then minimum authorised share capital of company should be Rs.25 Lakhs.

I think the monetary restriction has been done away with the introduction of general circular 45/2011 dated July 8,2011.

Agreed that Name availability Guidelines 2011 issued by Circular No 45/2011 dated July 8, 2011 is not talking about minimum capital requirements. But the above mention rule is talking about minimum capital requirement.
