08 March 2015 I have recently applied for CS course and CA course after my post graduation. I would like to know whether any intimation/permission to be sought from either of the authorities for doing both courses at a time. I will not be doing CS internship now. I will take my CA articleship first. kindly guide me best regards Aishwarya Ashish

08 March 2015 Under Regulations 65 & 78 an articled / audit assistant is required to obtain prior permission of the Council before engaging in other course of studies vide form 112. So once you start your CA aricleship you will have to submit form 112 with ICAI.
