19 January 2014 Relating to the public co. byon in law as par sec 3(iv) a pvt co which is sub of public co treated as public co.but in audit i saw one suggest ans in which pvt co. which is sub of public is not considered as public co plz gives me right ans with relevant provision

20 January 2014 private limited company which is a subsidiary of a public limited company shall be considered as public company only...
