can a chartered accountant can give a provisional balance sheet and pl account.if yes,then what are important points of consideration.

Ideally a CA should not be certifying a provisional balance sheet. However, if it a specific requirement, then it should be mentioned that it is based on the representations given by the management and subject to audit.
