Dear friends,
I i have a Query about PF. A shop of Sweet & farsan hire temporary labour for 8 days on the occasion of diwali. Is employer liable to deduct pf and deposit with PF department. PF act is applicable to temporary Labours. PF is already applicable to the Shop. Pls Solve Query ASAP.

Yes they have to pay PF for temporary employee also.
