Hi Friends,
1. Can anybody please clarify me whether a group of professional form an incorporated company under Indian Companies Act, 1956 (either private or public).
2. also, will there be any differences on company with business and company with profession
3. Eg. can a doctor open his hospital and form an incorporated company.
