11 April 2008 can anybody tell me in details what is profession tax?
i think 2 types r there PT(E) & PT(R)
when these types are applied ?
what is the chart of charging profession tax?

15 April 2008 profession tax is a state subject.the commercial tax dept. enforces levy and collection in each state.
