Pl tell me in whose name the stamp paper should be taken to get the certified true copy of the documents. What is the purpose of the stamp paper . Will it be taken in the name of the person who is going there personally to get the certificate?

In the name of company if the company is taking the certified copy.
Otherwise incase the certified copy is to be used by anyother person he may take stampt on his name.
