Procedure for claiming TDS dertificate recd. from Nepal

22 July 2011 We have recd. a TDS certificate for F.Y. 2010-11 from our customer in Nepal. Can we claim the same in our Income Tax return. Pls. give the procedre.

22 July 2011 If there is DTAA between the country than the income will be taxed only once and in case of rate of tax in India is excess over Nepal than only excess rate will be charged and refund can not claim.
