Problem with itr 4 excel utility

i am trying to file a ITR using ITR 4 excel utility as per details given here under
Business income is Rs- 3,28,410.00
Dedcutions u/s 80 c Rs- 88,641.00
Balance is Rs. 2,39770
means there is no tax payable. there is agricultural income of Rs 1,75,000 which is taken in Schedule EI
after adding the EI Total income is Rs- 4,09,770 and tax is Rs- 15,977.00 which is showing in 2a of Part B-TTI.
till here is all fine but in 2c of Part B-TTI (Rebate on agricultural income) it is showing 17,000.00 and after generating XML and uploading, an error msg says that figure of 2d (2a+2B-2c) of Part B-TTI are not matching.
please suggest is there any solution to rectify the same. as far as i could find figure of 2c should be 15,977 not 17,000 but this cell is read only.
please suggest what should i do.

Try Java utility. Some other person is also reporting some error in excel utility.

but i do not have java in my system. please let me know the process to install and run
