i am accountant. i have deducted TDS for period 1/1/2015 to 31/3/2015. plz let me know how to prepare TDS deduction sheet to give the CA for filling TDS return. also let me know it will prepare monthly or Quartely and which data it is to be contain... please clarify it with an example if possible.........

plz reply soonest it's urgent.

25 April 2015 TDS deducted sheet is prepared monthly... you can ask for the format from the Ca.. A Excel file wil b there... fill it with all relevant details

2.Accounting head
3.Section like 194c or 194j
4.Gross amount
5.Rate of interest of tds deduction
5.TDS deducted on gross amount
6.Due date
7.TDS deposited on
8.challan details like BSR code, challan no.
