I am completely confused after seeing new format of statutory independent auditor's report which included Cash flow statements and want to know if there are any changes in balance sheet and statement of profit and loss also?

Cash flow statement is not applicable to 'small and medium company'. For definition of SMC please see Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules,2006.
