Point of taxation

26 September 2012 Dear sir,i heard that a change take place in the point of taxation which is applicable for ipcc nov 2012.
There is no ammendment from icai regarding this,but there is a change in rtp.....which one i want to follow,please suggest

03 October 2012 The period within which invoice shall be issued has been increased to 30 days.

The same is applicable for Nov 2012.

The RTP contains all the amendments and the same are applicable for Nov 2012 exams.
