can any one xplain the meaning of notification no.49/2010 dated 09/07/2010??????

The simple meaning is as follows:
A partnership firm liable to get its accounts audited,
An individual/HUF required to get their accounts audited, and
ALL companies
shall file their return electronically (applicable from AY 2010-11).
It simply means that the above assessees shall E-FILE their Income Tax Return from AY 10-11.
