Hi I am Ranjit,
I am working in pvt. ltd. company, at Mumbai,
Please solve my query asap
we bought goods from dealer registered in Maharashtra but instead of taking delivery at our showroom, we directly send the goods at our client in Indore. now supplier send us a bill by charging CST and he told us that he can not issue us bill by charging vat because of he delivered goods out of Maharashtra, please give me the solution on this.

Delivery of goods is given in other state, movement of goods is from one state to another state therefore it will be treated as Interstate Sale. Your vendor is correct.
