PF on expatriates

a company has 6 employees with 1 person being expatriate. will the new notification on pf on expatriates apply on him and company required to deduct and deposit pf from his salary even though 20 persons are not employed.

The recent amendment has not changed the Act. It still only applies to establishment having 20 or more employees
