I am a CA Final Student eligible to appear in exams scheduled to be held in NOV. 2008. After passing CA Final Exam is it compulsory for me to take part in the Personal Skill and Development being conducted by the ICAI in Collaboration with NIFD, Faridabad starting from 28.04.2008.

It is GMCS for obtaining the membership number. You can attend as per your convenience. Sooner the better. It is compulsory for the membership of The ICAI.
