Personal or deductible expense?

if a director in a company dies and the cost of his cremation is Rs. 10 lakhs, is it a deductible expense? can it be considered as staff welfare expense?

According to me expenses on employee during the course of business for their betterment or in relation to business is allowed. In this case it is purely a personal expense as company has nothing to do with cremation of the director.
