sir can we make payment to transporters in cash greater than 20000 in single day against his two bills

you can pay up to 35000 in cash in a single day to transporter. its amended in 2008-2009 budget.

The limit is enhanced to Rs.35,000/- with effect from 01/10/2009 vide 2nd proviso to section 40A(3A) of the Income tax Act,1961.
