09 March 2013 i have formed a pvt.ltd co. this year with a paid up capital of rs.500000. i want to know is there any provision regarding amount to be paid to directos. i am willing to pay my two directors rs.20000 each, can i do so

If you are paying him as remuneration then no issue. Because, the provision of remuneration to director of Companies Act, 1956 is not applicable to private limited company.
