I have been registered as member of ICAI on 25/02/2013. So, will I need to pay mambership fees for year 2013-14 due on 1st April 2013?

Yes, You required to pay the due amount before 30th September 13.

If you have not paid such annual fee at the time of getting member ship fee then you will pay for the FY 2013-14.
