hello sir if a new case comes to us from a another auditor, first auditor lock the pan in nsdl then how can we change the password for e filing please tell me this is big problem for us

You can change the password by entering the e-filing acknowledgement number.

thank you sir but the previous auditor is never efile he filed only manual, that is the problem.
1. no e filing acknowledgement
2. no answer for secrete question
no proofs we have about the previous auditor sir.

Write an e-mail to the CPC. Give your details such as PAN, date of birth/incorporation, address.
