please confirm whether entries passed as follows :-

1) form-23B-Appointment of Auditor
2) form-23AC & form 23ACA - Balance sheet & profit and loss a/c.
3) form-20B-Annual return
4) professional fees for filing above with ROC.

i have debited accounts & audit fees and credited cash.

please confirm ?

Fees paid to ROC for 23B,23AC,23ACA etc are in nature of statutory dues.The approariate head for the same shall be Rates,fees and taxes.The fees paid to CS or CA for above filing shall be debited to Legal and professinal charges.
