10 July 2009 please tell me the procedure for partnersip registration (requirements for Hospital business)

10 July 2009 1. Deed on minimum stamp paper of Rs. 500/- .
2. Fill up Form A and get it notorised.
3. Translate the deed in regional language.
4. Certify the xerox copy of partnership deed and this translated copy , as true copy from advocate/C.A.
5. Pay treasury challan of Rs. 500/- towards registration charges.
6. Enclose copy of PAN card of partnership firm.
Send all these documents to the Registrar of firm of your jurisdiction. Do not send the original copy of partnership deed.
