There are two partners Kindly suggest me the partnership deed format i.e, it should be on latter head on firm or on the stamp paper. if is on stamp paper it should be notary attested or not & amount of stamp paper.

Format of partnership deed is available in www.vakilno1.com. Downlaod and modify according to your requirement. Partnership deed should be in stamp paper. The value of stamp paper in which it is to be executed varies from state to state.
