You can verify from above link but you will have to fill name and DOB/DOI.

If you dont have DOB/DOI---

Then another way is---

Fill ITNS 280 with correct PAN and any other details in compulsory fields and the proceed. Next page will display the name to whome the PAN is alotted as per IT database.
