how to apply PAN migration. recently I got transferred from my hometown to other area where my office is located. I am filing IT RETURNS in the new area which I was posted.
is it mandatory to migrate PAN in order to file E RETURN S

To file E return PAN migration not mandatory. You can file your E return with the new address.
