dear chaturvedi ji,
i dont know ur leave encashment figure but yess i can tell you wat can be exempt under Income tax:
Min of following:
a. 10 mnths Av salary
b. rs.3,00,000
c. Leave encashment recd
d. cash equivalent of unavailed leave calculated on the basis of max 30 days of leave for every year of actaul service render.
