08 February 2010 Whether The dealer under Package Incentive Scheme holding Certificate of Entitlement is required to charge CST on OMS sales or not????????????? The dealer is enjoying Cumulative Quantum of Benefit under the scheme......

09 February 2010 If the sales are manuf. sales of the unit holding EC then no seprate tax is to be charged for local as well as OMS sale.

In case of resales, VAT / CST can be charged seprately and in this case set off can only be taken of purchases other than raw material used in manufacturing.
