Sir my father has small retail business. Now he wants to expand his business. At present we didn't register our business any where .what should my father do (ie, which forms should he apply) to do business officially. Please give reply to my answer.

You have to register with local authority under shops and establishment Act. You have to register with VAT authorities and submit VAT returns. File Income tax return yearly.
