I dont think there are any classes for that Ami...
you will have to learn it on your own only....
you can use google for the steps for the filing etc...

which is the best site to learn Online tds filing , i go through online filing in google but it doesnt help me much

There is no website as such for that...except for google...
also, I dont think there are any teaching softwares...except that nyou have to learn it on your own....
you can down load the forms from the website and fill them up and follow the steps on the website....
Mumbai VAT isnt that complicated unless your return etc is complicated...
