Sir,
Can i file the individual return for AY 2011-12 before 31st march 2014.

No. The belated return can be filed u/s 139(4)within 1 year from the end of the relevant assessment year. In your case, the return could be filed by 31.03.2013.

Generally not possuble to file return for a.y.11-12 now as it became time barred and cannit file it as belated also as one year from relevant assessment year is elapsed
.
So cant file ur return now
.
You can file manual return before AO U/s 119(2)(b) seeking condonation of delay explaining reason for not filing return intime..return will be accepted if u have valid reason to condone othetwise dept not bound to accept ur return
.note than u can file return inthis way only if u have refund return or loss return not possible in other case

You can't file it on e mode. But may be possible with the consent of AO manually
