ON MY VAT 5% INVOICE MY DEBTOR(SBI) DEDUCT TDS 1%
IS IT VALID DEDUCTION.

No such TDS is permitted under KVAT Act or rules now. It is an old departmental instructions being applied now. Under IT Act some deductions are required,not under KVAT Act.....mjk
