Dear All
We had received Invoice of Membership with 12.36% (Service Tax)bill Dt 12-4-2015 and enrty dt 15-4-2015 but we paid membership fees with service tax on 15-8-2015
Then after party want Diff Service Tax amt
Should we have paid or Not ??

The point of taxation is the invoice date no need to pay the diff.
