An Apartment owner's association with 24 flats getting Monthly Maintenance fee of Rs.1500/- It is paying Rs.10000/- per month as Security charges to a Security Agency. Whether the Association should apply for TAN and deducted TDS and pay tax to govt and do filing E tds etc.

Yes TAN Should be obtained and TDS should be deducted.
