Nre to nre transfer

Dear ExpertsI need to know whether it would be taxable as a gift if an NRI receives ₹10lacs from another NRI via NRE TO NRE transfer. Thank you.

I think no as Funds in NRE accounts are do not have source of income in India. Hence if the person is non resident, then such transaction should not be taxed in India
