Is this notification applicable only for merchant exporters and not for manufacturer exporter?

Notification applicable only to merchant exporters. For manufacturer exporter GST payment does not arise for movement of goods to port on furnishing letter of undertaking.

The Notification is 40/2017 and not 41/2017 and is applicable only to merchant exporters as per the procedures specified therein.
