Respected Sir,
one of my client is salary person and also doing shares in derived and options.at time of filing return he did not inform about share trading and file return as per Form 16.
Now he got notice 142(1).please furnish details of investment made in Shares\derivatives.
in shares trading he incurred loss.
what is solution for this.
Kindly advice for this matter

Sir firstly mail the notice at rash.0903@gmail.com to know actual situation & status of ur ITR
